Request air conditioning when booking, as not all rooms come equipped with it, despite being labeled as standard.

For Greater Rotterdam a very good price/performance ratio. Rich breakfast. A somewhat outdated, but top clean business hotel

The croissants at breakfast were to die for, buttery and flaky! Plus, the staff were champions, determined to resolve my issues, even if the furniture looked like it time-traveled from the '80s.
On the flip side, room cleanliness was more of a suggestion than a standard, and the lack of air conditioning left me sweating like I was in a sauna. The window barely opened, and ventilation was a joke with a flimsy fan buzzing away.

The rooms are a bit noisy, the windows are not sufficiently protected against noise

I liked it that it was quiet in the room - despite being so close to the road. We also enjoyed the extra late check out time. Perfect after the North Sea Jazz late night!
It was very inconvenient not to be able to pin cash. Neither at the hotel, the gas station near the hotel or anywhere close. This made it difficult for cash for the parking at nsj and / or taxis. A little cash machine in the foyer would be very handy.

Consider checking out the nearby square for good shops and restaurants, particularly Brasserie LEF.

Large rooms, good beds, free parking directly in front of the door.
Both by phone and in the evening at check-in, 15 euros were added for my dog. On the day of departure it was 20 euros per night. Overall acceptable for Rotterdam. Large rooms as illustrated. Bathroom in original condition before the rooms were renovated. There is better in 2 stars and B&B. Not suitable for a 4 star hotel. But since the total price including parking in the range of IBIS etc. is ultimately only the wrongly mentioned dog surcharge.

The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. It overlooked street and had an extremely comfy bed. Central location was a plus. It was not very far from Kippie Ommoord, serving fast food.

Would definitely recommend for a quick stop
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast spread was abundant with many choices including delicious pastries and there's a handy Metro nearby that connects you to various attractions in the area.
Nothing bad to say.

Great choice for trip. Perfect location, great views of a lake and pleasant staff. Location right by the nearest public transport, and the city centre. Also, near the highway exit. Very good service provided.

I had a decent stay with a clean Superior Double room and lots of parking. The breakfast spread was nice, but the lack of aircon made it pretty toasty at night. Got a bit frustrating with staff's English skills and service waiting times. Just okay!

I was amazed at how lovely the hotel was - especially for the price, in fact, I thought I may have made a mistake with the price. It was so well designed, so comfortable, even the breakfast terrace looked over a small lake. It was beautiful.

It was comfortable, clean and staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent. We run a lot of trips for tennis players to Holland every year and would certainly consider using the hotel again
The only thing was our problem really in that we couldn't find it when we arrived in Rotterdam and we were late going to an appointment in Leiden. The journey to and from Leiden was longer than I thought and I had to get help from a friend who lives in Rotterdam and even she couldn't find it.Once we knew where it was it was easy enough to find, so this is not a criticism of the hotel. The reception staff tried to 'talk us in ' twice.Maybe I should buy a tomtom.
